From November 28th to December 1st Siil Halal participates in one of the most important specialized events in the world Halal market, the World Halal Summit (WHS).

In its fifth edition, the congress takes place in Istanbul (Turkey) under the organization of the Islamic Cooperation Organization (OCI). In its opening (11/14) it brought together businessmen, authorities, experts, academics and the world's leading Halal certifiers from over 80 countries, including SIIL Halal CEO, Halal Certifier Brazil, Chaiboun Darwiche.

"The reason for our participation is to be aware and keep up to date about the Halal market, because Brazil is a big player in this segment," says Chaiboun Darwiche.

He points out that such events are important for raising awareness about Halal, an economic sector that, according to information from the Halal Summit World Council, is worth $ 4 trillion.
