Islamic Inspection Service - SIILHalal

Founded on April 1, 2008, SIILHalal is a company specialized in Islamic Inspection Service which acts as a Halal Certifier for several industrial segments.

The certification process begins with the documentation analysis, auditing of companies, products and processes in accordance with International Standards, from the production line to the products shipping allowed for Islamic consumption, and in order to be in agreement with the normatives and rules dictated by the Holy Qur'an. and Islamic Jurisprudence.

The company started its operations in Halal Certification in the food area (refrigerators) and over the years it has kept up to date expanding its services to other industrial segments as such: foods overall, beverages, sweets, chocolates, inputs, additives, grains, coffee, fruits, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, chemists, hotels and restaurants.

In 2012, SIILHalal was qualified to certify products for Syria, following South Africa (2014). The following year, in 2015, it was marked by the entrance as a member of the World Halal Food Council, and in 2018, the GCC Accreditation Center recognized SIILHalal as a certifier for the Gulf countries, for the Kingdom of Jordan and for the countries belonging to the Arab League. In the same year it was recognized by the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA). And the actions did not stop, in 2020, was accredited by the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) and Saudi Standards Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO).

Currently, SIILHalal is able to certify for all countries in the world and has qualified professionals within a modern vision to follow the evolution of the concept of food safety, following all international procedures and standards in order to deliver to the most varied industrial and consumer segments, genuinely Halal products. Always committed to ensuring the processes and certifying the quality of its customers' products for the global Islamic community, a public of 1.8 billion consumers nowadays.

OUR FOUNDER

Born in Lebanon, Chaiboun Ibrahim Darwiche has been working for 20 years with Halal supervision, habilitation and certification of food industries. With extensive practical experience and in-depth knowledge of Halal production in Brazil, he holds the qualification to ensure Halal processes with the excellence of the Islamic Inspection Service. Qualified professional, Darwiche is a reference in the Brazilian Halal market for the dissemination of safe methods and diffusion of the growth of the Halal market in the world.

The entrepreneur implanted processes at SIILHalal and develops with the industries which certifies, a system that ensures Halal quality from the raw material to the final product in accordance with International Standards.
