Nigeria set to enter $180 billion Halal markets
According to information from the Halal Focus website, the Emir of Kano, His Royal Highness, Alhaji Aminu Ado Bayero, urged Nigerians to take advantage of the enormous opportunities created by the emerging Halal industry. The monarch said the market is expected to grow at an annual growth rate of 10.7%. According to Bayero, growth is expected to reach US$180 billion by 2027.
