Salon Franchise Halal in February in ParisFor the first time in France and in Europe, halal franchising catering has its event, with the organization of the Salon Franchise Halal (SFH), scheduled from February 2 to 4 at Espace Champerret , in the 17th arrondissement of Paris .

On 3000 m² of exhibition, 66 exhibitors and 8000 to 10.000 visitors are expected during the four days of the event. Among the exhibitors, brands developed in franchises, of course, such as Pizza Time , Le Tacos de Lyon or Kassia Food Tacos , but also experts from the world of franchising, digital specialists, and suppliers. To allow each visitor to find what they are looking for, the fair is thus organized into four areas: Franchise / Expert / Digital / Supplier.

A market estimated at 5.5 billion euros

The organization of the event responds to a real demand from brands and entrepreneurs: the French halal market is indeed estimated at 5.5 billion euros, making it the first European market in this area. . In three years, 500 brand name restaurants have opened, and the potential is high to reproduce successes such as that of O'Tacos , which opened 225 restaurants in the space of five years and employs 4,500 people. Exhibitor level, this first edition sold out in just three months.
